Profile

Dr. Mosler received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University, Ada, Ohio. He is a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists.  At the University of Findlay, Dr. Mosler coordinates the Gastrointestinal Diseases module, co-coordinates the Application of Pharmacy Practice (Capstone) module as well as teaches geriatric and other pathophysiology and pharmacotherapy topics throughout the curriculum, including geriatric pharmacy, topical medicine, and palliative care pharmacy electives.

Dr. Mosler continues to practice as a consultant pharmacist for about 200 local nursing home residents and for a local long-term care pharmacy. He also provides MTM services in the University of Findlay MTM Center. Dr. Mosler is currently the coordinator of SimMan 3G education within the College of Pharmacy and also for other healthcare professions at the University of Findlay. He is a preceptor of Pharm.D. students in geriatric pharmacy, academia, and medical mission trips. His areas of interest include geriatric pharmacotherapy, long-term care, medical missions, and the use of high-fidelity simulation in pharmacy education. 

He and his wife Alison, also a pharmacist, enjoy traveling and have participated in numerous medical mission trips around the world. Their 12-acre hobby farm between Ada and Bluffton, Ohio, along with their two sons, keep them busy.​
