Dr. Lewis received her Pharm.D. degree from the University of Toledo. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center and a Critical Care Nephrology research fellowship at the University of Michigan. She currently practices at Mercy System St. Anne Hospital in Toledo as a clinical pharmacist focusing on an Antibiotic Stewardship Program. Her research interests include pharmacokinetics, antibiotics, and drug dosing in patients with renal disease.
