Profile

Dr. Dauterman joined The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy after 18 years of pharmacy practice in a variety of different settings, including hospital pharmacy, pharmacy benefits, geriatric consulting, and community practice. Her areas of interest are diabetes, lipid management, public health and pharmacy economics, and healthcare literacy. Areas of research include experiential education, patient outcomes, appropriate medication use, and diabetes.

Dr. Dauterman practices at Lima Memorial Diabetes Center as a certified diabetes educator. She also consults for Wood County Job and Family Services, where she completes medication reviews for county youth.
